Check Saved (your lists) and Maps (your places) (your starred places). Skip the plain Maps product; its “labeled places” are only Home/Work labels, not your saved places. Then click Next step and Create export.
Download and unzip the export, then upload the list CSVs from the Saved folder (one per list) and Saved Places.json from Maps (your places) (your starred places; Reviews.json isn’t needed).
Only places that match a trail in our catalog import — restaurants, hotels, and other non-trail spots are filtered out automatically. Files are read locally and only place names and locations are sent to find matches.
